1. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM

• Check-out: 12:00 noon

• Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability—just ask our team.

2. Respect for Nature & Community
Kamp Tapik is located in a small coastal community surrounded by nature.
We kindly ask that guests:

• Be considerate of local residents living nearby.

• Avoid disturbing wildlife or damaging plants and natural surroundings.

• Dispose of trash properly; we try to keep the beach and village clean and plastic-free.

3. Noise & Quiet Hours
We keep things relaxed.

• Please maintain low noise levels after 10:00 PM so everyone can enjoy the calm atmosphere and night sounds of nature.

• Music is welcome, but kindly keep the volume reasonable.

4. Visitors

• Visitors are welcome during the day but must register with our staff.

• Overnight visitors are not allowed unless arranged with management.

• Guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors.

5. Smoking & Alcohol

• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

• Please be mindful of other guests and dispose of cigarette waste properly.

• You may enjoy alcohol responsibly. Excessive drinking and disruptive behavior are not allowed.

6. Property Care
Our rooms and glamping spaces are simple but thoughtfully prepared.
Please help us take care of them by:

• Using towels, linens, and furnishings responsibly.

• Reporting any accidental damage so we can assist with repairs.

• Avoiding the use of candles or open flames inside accommodations.

7. Safety & Security

• Keep your valuables secured. We are in a rural area, and while it is generally safe, we cannot guarantee the security of personal belongings.

• Follow staff instructions regarding weather conditions, sea safety, and any activities around the property.

• Open fires are allowed only in designated beach areas and must be supervised.

8. Pets

• Pets may be allowed with prior approval.

• Kindly ensure they are supervised and do not disturb other guests or local wildlife.

• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

9. Use of Facilities

• Shared bathrooms, dining areas, and common spaces are used by all guests—please help keep them clean.

• Kitchen or cooking areas (if available) must be used responsibly and cleaned after use.

• Some facilities may be dependent on weather or electricity availability due to our rural location.

10. Community Guidelines
As a small village-based property, we ask guests to:

• Dress respectfully when walking through the local community.

• Support local businesses when possible—they’re part of what makes the area special.

• Be mindful that resources like water and electricity are limited in rural settings.

11. Compliance
By staying at Kamp Tapik, guests agree to follow these house rules.
Failure to comply may result in additional charges or, in rare cases, early check-out without refund.
