Reservation Status
All bookings and reservations made with Kamp Tapik shall be deemed unconfirmed and non-binding until full payment has been successfully received and acknowledged by the Resort. Submission of a booking request, whether through this website or any affiliated platform, does not constitute acceptance or confirmation of the reservation. -
Provisional Holds
Upon approved request and subject to availability, Kamp Tapik may, at its sole discretion, place a temporary hold on a booking. Such provisional holds are granted as a courtesy only and shall not be construed as a confirmed reservation. The Resort reserves the right to cancel any provisional hold at any time and without prior notice. -
Booking Process and Confirmation
Reservations made through this website are processed using third-party booking and payment systems. A reservation shall be considered confirmed only upon successful completion of payment and issuance of a confirmation email. In the absence of said confirmation email, the booking shall remain unconfirmed. -
Third-Party Systems and Payment Processing
Payment collection is facilitated through PayPal, and booking management is administered via Beds24, both reputable third-party service providers. All transactions are automated, and Kamp Tapik relies on the accuracy and integrity of these systems for processing bookings and payments. -
Incorrect or Disputed Charges
In the event that a guest believes a payment has been processed in error, it is the guest’s responsibility to promptly notify Kamp Tapik for verification. Where an incorrect charge is validated, the Resort shall issue a refund in accordance with standard procedures. The guest acknowledges that minor discrepancies may occur in the refunded amount due to fluctuations in foreign currency exchange rates, and Kamp Tapik shall not be held liable for such variances. -
Right to Modify or Cancel
Kamp Tapik reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel any booking or provisional hold due to operational requirements, system errors, or any other reasonable cause. The Resort shall not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages arising from such cancellation.
